Zewee en la App Store
This application is a YouTube client for iOS under the name of Zeewe , and combines a gesture-based interface with the videos we can get from sharing our contacts in social networks.
Zeewe’s look is clean, and it’s one of those programs that stands out for hiding all the buttons and interface options it can access with gestures. It even has the already popular side menu that appeared in Facebook and Path for the first time, but is invoked by moving your finger to the left directly and without the need to search for any buttons.
What’s key to me about Zeewe is that it integrates seamlessly with the Twitter and Facebook accounts we have enabled in iOS, and it shows us the videos that our friends have posted on those networks. It’s a fast way to see all the videos without having to search for them by Twitter and Facebook clients, and it’s not one of those heavy social integrations or ones that are used to share information too much.
There are some details that still fail, such as the fact that the top bar of the system is still present when a video is played full screen and that it is not iPad ready, but it is a free client and worth trying if we are regulars on the Google video portal.
