If you don’t know Things yet, here’s how it works:

1. Collect your ideas

Put your ideas into action quickly: tell Siri or use the keyboard shortcut to use the Quick Entry function at any time.

2. Get organized.
Create a project for each of your goals. Group the projects according to your areas of responsibility, such as “Family”, “Work” or “Health”. Consult them regularly so you don’t miss anything.

3. Plan your time

Manage your time efficiently: view your calendar events alongside your tasks and plan your week better. Create recurring tasks for consistency

4. Make the most of your day

Every morning, pick some tasks for your “Today” list and get going. Pre-planned tasks will automatically appear here. As you do your work for the day, this is the only list you will have to consult.

5. Customize your way of working

Use tags to assign custom categories to your tasks: mark everything that is “Important”, what is considered an “errand”, what you have to do in the “Office” or while working with “Nuria”. Easily filter lists by tag or search for tags in all lists.

1. It doesn’t get in the way.
You’ll see right away how well all the features in Things fit together to give you a smooth and accurate experience. There are no unnecessary frills, no inspector windows, no pop-ups. Just you and your tasks.

2. Everything revolves around your tasks.
Homework is something special in Things. When they are in a list, they show a checkbox and a title in the most compact way possible. But if you expand them, they become a colorful white sheet of paper that captures your ideas, and if you want, they can also contain checklists, labels, a reminder, and the due date.

3. He keeps a few spectacular tricks up his sleeve.
For example, the automatic search, perfect for moving through lists and tasks. Or the natural language analyzer: type “tomorrow”, “in 4 days”, or “next Wednesday” and it will be interpreted accordingly.

4. It’s one of the best made macOS apps.
Things is fully integrated with all the MacOS technologies: The Touch Bar, the Today widget, the Share menu extension, Handoff, Calendars, Reminders and AppleScript. And possibly a few others we haven’t mentioned.

5. Much more.
Each has its favorite function; it is impossible to list them all. Find out why our users love Things: visit our website at
