THINGS WORK

If you don’t know Things yet, here’s how it works:

1. Collect your ideas

Put your ideas into action quickly: tell Siri or use the keyboard shortcut to use the Quick Entry function at any time.

2. Get organized.
Create a project for each of your goals. Group the projects according to your areas of responsibility, such as “Family”, “Work” or “Health”. Consult them regularly so you don’t miss anything.

3. Plan your time

Manage your time efficiently: view your calendar events alongside your tasks and plan your week better. Create recurring tasks for consistency

4. Make the most of your day

Every morning, pick some tasks for your “Today” list and get going. Pre-planned tasks will automatically appear here. As you do your work for the day, this is the only list you will have to consult.

5. Customize your way of working

Use tags to assign custom categories to your tasks: mark everything that is “Important”, what is considered an “errand”, what you have to do in the “Office” or while working with “Nuria”. Easily filter lists by tag or search for tags in all lists.
