The iPhone 2018 production line is almost ready
The presentation of the new iPhone is just around the corner, and if all the rumors are true, we will see three new models in September. According to Taiwan’s Economic Daily News, Apple has certified all the key component suppliers of its new devices , an indication that large-scale production of all three devices will begin shortly.
According to the report released today, suppliers have already begun shipping iPhone 2018 components to production lines. Foxconn will, according to most analysts, be largely responsible for assembling the new iPhone 2018.
Fubon Securities has even given figures on what percentage of devices Foxconn will assemble this year, stating that it will be responsible for the production of all second generation iPhone X, 90% of iPhone X Plus and 75% of 6.1 inch and LCD panel iPhone X. The remaining orders would be the responsibility of Pegatron, a Taiwanese company.
Although the components are already on their way to the production line, there is still no definite date to start producing the new iPhone 2018 , although many analysts were pointing to the last week of August.
