Flirting with Strangers Using AirDrop
The new technologies (by the way, when will we stop calling them new?) have changed our lives radically: we no longer need to go to the office because in some cases we can work telepathically, we don’t need to stand in long lines at the supermarket because they take our food home, we can design and buy the furniture for our living room and they leave it at our door… And yes, flirting has also changed .

How far has that mythical phrase of ” what is a girl like you doing in a place like this? ” Yes, we know we all have eyes in our faces, there are bars, smiles and those little things, but with the flirting apps we have managed to make a previous filter and look for what we are interested in so as not to waste time.
However, when we are interested in someone we also use technology to make our approach. I remember a little more than 10 years ago when teenagers used (we used) the time of the subway or the bus to send songs as a romantic statement… those times, thank goodness they are gone! Emulating those times, we have found ourselves in a rather similar situation on Reddit.
Apparently, a girl was at the traffic light waiting for it to turn green to start and continue her journey when, in a precise moment, she turns her head and meets another driver in the same situation. Apparently, the girl thought it was cute, but he was absolutely dumbfounded. So much so that in desperation he sends her an AirDrop introducing himself and offering her his phone number . It seems that the move will work out well for her and what at first seems a bit daring on her part, ends up being consummated as a date. Or so it seems, judging from her impressions.
In any case, remember that if you want to avoid this type of situation it is best to deactivate AirDrop so that it is not visible or in its case, to have it only active for your contacts… or not.
